1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you order several goods that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you took possession of the last item.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement: DAMASZENA e.U., Kreanzach 27, 9132 Gallizien, Austria, office@damaszena.com, +43 660 260 1000. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
The easiest way is online: in the footer of every page of our shop you will find the Withdraw from contract button. If you use this function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (usually by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing your declaration of withdrawal and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Returning the goods
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires.
4. Exceptions and compensation for loss of value
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery. As long as the seal is intact, you can withdraw. So that you can still test the fragrance, every parcel includes a sample of the fragrance you ordered.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Return costs
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
6. Refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your declaration of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
7. Voluntary satisfaction guarantee
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies. It goes beyond the law and does not limit your statutory rights.
