1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship exclusively to Austria and its neighboring countries: Germany, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, and Croatia.

2. Shipping Costs

• Austria, Germany: Free of charge

• Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, Croatia:

Order value under €150: €6.90

Order value above €150: Free of charge

3. Shipping Times

Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during peak periods, such as product launches, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

5. Shipping Providers

Our deliveries are handled in cooperation with trusted shipping partners such as DHL, DPD, UPS, or the German and Austrian postal services.

6. Delivery Terms

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. You will be notified as soon as your package is on its way.

7. Duties and Taxes

For deliveries within the European Economic Area, no additional customs duties apply.

Due to the application of the Small Business Regulation pursuant to § 6 subpara. 1 no. 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG), VAT will not be charged.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge for reshipping costs.
