Yes, we offer samples of all our fragrances, so you can discover your favourites before buying a full-size bottle. You will find our samples in the "Samples" section of our website.

How long do DAMASZENA perfumes keep?

Stored correctly (cool, dry and away from direct sunlight), our perfumes keep for at least 30 months. As high-quality creations, they can retain their quality for many years when stored optimally.

Which payment methods are available?

How much does shipping cost?

Austria: free shipping on orders of €29 or more, otherwise €3.90. Germany and neighbouring countries: free shipping on orders of €39 or more, otherwise €4.90. The shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

Which countries does DAMASZENA ship to?

We currently ship within Austria, Germany and to many other European countries. You can find the exact list of countries we ship to at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. If your country is not listed, please get in touch.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Austria and Germany. Delivery times to other European countries may vary. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online at any time.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker?

Yes, delivery to a DHL Packstation in Germany is generally possible. Simply enter your Post number and the Packstation number at checkout.

What does the DAMASZENA Satisfaction Guarantee mean?

Our customers' satisfaction is close to our heart. If you are not 100% happy with your fragrance, you can make use of our Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will find a solution together – whether an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

How do I return an item?

When and how will I get my money back?

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
